Discovery’s primary human mast cells are fresh, ready-to-use, and validated through degranulation assays by our expert cell biologists. Fully characterized and biologically relevant, these mast cells offer high viability, immediate functionality, and reproducibility to generate relevant data.
Leverage Discovery’s deep expertise in mast cell biology to evaluate your compound of interest. Our cell biology lab offers mast cell culture, cell degranulation, histamine release, and activation assay services to support your allergy and inflammation research.
High-throughput protein biomarker profiling for inflammation & allergy research.
As an Olink-certified service provider, Discovery’s proteomics lab offers a range of Olink Target services designed for allergy and inflammation studies. Choose from the new Reveal Panel, Target 96 Inflammation Panel, Target 48 Cytokine and Immune Surveillance Panels, or explore customizable Flex and Focus options.
Mast cell assays should be performed 1 – 2 days following passaging. The differences in CD63 expression (a marker for degranulation) between the non-stimulated controls and activated mast cells will be optimal at this time. Consult with a Discovery cell biologist for detail.
