Employ pathologist-guided 12-point quality control to assess tissue and RNA quality and ensure sample quality before downstream sequencing.
Take advantage of lab proximity with biospecimen and tissue laboratories under the same roof

Use in process quality assessments throughout to ensure cDNA quality prior to sequencing
Perform size selection and cleanup steps to remove unbound or non-specifically bound probes and ensure a high-quality library with the desired size range is selected for sequencing
Thoroughly assess the quality and quantity of the prepared libraries to ensure accurate quantification and verify that the library meets the required specifications for sequencing
Present data to you demonstrating the quality of the library prep and the tissue being analyzed based on expert bioinformatician analysis using SpaceRanger

Libraries selected are then transferred down the hall to Discovery Genomics for sequencing on the 10X Visium platform.
