Discovery Life Sciences and 10x Genomics are partnering to support innovative spatial transcriptomics research, offering access to advanced spatial biology technologies and services. Generate translationally relevant data and evaluate high-resolution spatial biology workflows within your research project with Discovery Life Sciences’ expertise and 10x Genomics Xenium^® technology to support target validation, biomarker discovery, mechanism-of-action studies, and spatially resolved screening strategies. 

Grant Award 

The selected recipients will receive one (1) free Discovery Life Sciences Xenium In Situ Spatial Transcriptomics Service, including two (2) 10x Genomics Xenium^® Prime 5K Human Pan-Tissue & Pathways Assay Kits for a total of 4 reactions. 

Funding Period & Timeline 

Applications will be accepted through August 31, 2026, and award decisions will be communicated by email on September 15, 2026. The awardee’s samples must be submitted to Discovery Life Sciences within three (3) months of award acceptance. 

Selection Criteria 

Applications will be evaluated based on:   

• Scientific rationale and clarity of the proposed project  

• Potential scientific, technical, or translational impact  

• Likelihood of generating high-quality data suitable for scientific literature  

• Sample readiness and feasibility of completing the project within the 6-month funding period
